Save a Life Day 2026 is a nationwide initiative dedicated to preventing overdose deaths through widespread distribution of free naloxone, a life-saving medication that reverses opioid overdoses. Originating from a small pilot in West Virginia in 2020, the event has grown exponentially, with all 50 states participating this year.Stop by to grab your free Naloxone!
