Our members and volunteers do so much for us. We’ve operated solely on volunteer power since our inception 12 years. Because of our dedicated volunteers, we’re able to host 200+ events each year across the arts spectrum. They are the driving force behind all we do, our backbone – lifting us up and enriching our organization.
Our sustaining members keep us afloat. Like lifejackets, we’re fortunate to have them. Their financial commitments ensure there’s a future for Flemington DIY to host art shows forever!
Now it’s our time to support and honor our members and volunteers in this annual exhibit, highlighting the talents of those who continuously keep Flemington DIY going.
The exhibit runs through August 2026 with select gallery hours.

Basic Guidelines for Artists & Important Info
1. All wall-hanging art must be wired to hang, as we use the STAS hanging system to maintain our walls. Please have all art hung with wires or D-Rings in the center of work. If your art cannot hang, please indicate so on your submission form. You may be responsible for providing a pedestal or furniture to display.
2. The artist is completely responsible for the insurance of their work for the duration of the show. Flemington DIY will not be held liable for any damage, theft, or accidental destruction of submitted works.
3. All art must be labeled on the back with your name, contact info, and price, if applicable.
4. Art piece may not exceed 36″ (3ft) in total size
5. There is no fee to participate for this show, and the artist will maintain any and all sales! If your work is for sale, include payment information such as QR codes or your contact info. All transactions are strictly handled between artist and buyers.
6. Submit your work and drop off no later than Monday, July 27 to be included in the show.
7. As a volunteer participating in this show, you may also access the space on your own to drop off/pick up work. If items are left behind beyond the last day of pick up, they will be donated to Flemington DIY. Pick up your work by Wednesday, September 9.
