Chef Gabby Aron of Autumn Olive Food Works will be sharing a wealth of information, recipes, and methods on how to “pickle” almost any ingredient, along with the many health and culinary benefits.
This is a 1.5 hour workshop that includes all materials and ingredients. Workshop consists of a presentation and demonstration from the instructor, with the opportunity for students to prepare various ferments (chopping and salting vegetables, packing into jars) Instructor would provide: Spring water, sea salt, chefs knives, cutting boards, gloves and towels, produce, learning materials for students, vegetables, jars, cloths, and rubber bands.
