Recreating the Women’s Circle

April 21 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am

Come experience the power of a women’s circle through stories, art, music, journaling and movement.  We will use classic tales from Clarissa Pinkola Estes’ NY Times Best Seller:  ‘Women Who Run With the Wolves’ to explore, discover and experience our true nature and the journey of women in today’s culture and throughout the ages.

Session 1 4/14:  Introduction:  The Howl:  The Resurrection of the Wild Woman– Who is she?  How did she become endangered?  Why does she need to be resurrected and protected?
Session 2 4/21:  Predator vs. Prey:  Naive Women and Initiation:  Rites of Passage that Prepare Us for the Real World
Session 3 4/28:  Nosing out the Facts:  Finding and Fine Tuning our Intuition and Using it to Inform the Journey
Session 4 5/5:  Marking Territory:  Setting Boundaries:  Exploring Rage, Righteous Rage, and Forgiveness

Questions: 

1.Do participants need a copy of the book?  
Participants do not need a copy of the book, but may purchase a hardcopy if they desire.  

2. Which sessions should I sign up for?
Participants should plan on attending the first session, and as many of the remaining 3 as possible.
