Member & Volunteer Art Show

Opening Reception: Saturday, May 4, 2024, 5-7pm

Our members and volunteers do so much for us. They are the driving force behind all we do – supporting us at events, sustaining us financially, and so much more. It’s time we support and honor them! This art exhibit will showcase the talents of those who continuously keep DIY going!

Exhibit runs through May 2024 with select gallery hours

Basic Guidelines

1. All art must be able to hang on the wall. We use the STATS hanging system to maintain our walls. Your work will need to be wired to hang. Please have all art hung with wires or D-Rings in the center of work.

2. The artist is completely responsible for the insurance of their work for the duration of the show. Flemington DIY will not be held liable for any damage, theft, or accidental destruction of submitted works. 

3. All art must be labeled on the back with your name, contact info, and price, if applicable.

4. Art piece may not exceed 36″ (3ft) in total size

5. There is no fee to participate for this show, and the artist will maintain any and all sales! If your work is for sale, include payment information such as QR codes or your contact info. All transactions are strictly handled between artist and buyers.

6. Please drop off and pick up works promptly as per dates below. As a volunteer participating in this show, you may also access the space yourself to drop off/pick up work. If items are left behind beyond the last day of pick up, they will be donated to Flemington DIY. 

DROP OFF: Thursday, April 25, 11:30am-6pm or for later submissions, Thursday, May 2, 11:30am-6pm.
PICK UP: Thursday, May 30, 11:30am-6pm.
