DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, May 21st – 5:30-7:30pm \nSLOW PORTRAITS – THE PEOPLE WE PASS EVERY DAY \nChristianne Ebel & Nolan Yamashiro  \n  \nAs part of Flemington DIY’s Community Photo Capture\, we hope you will join us during the Sip N Stroll for a free adventure into slow portraits. Working with analog processes\, this project offers a counterpoint to the speed of everyday image-making\, inviting participants into a slower\, more intentional photographic experience. \nJoin us!  You are invited to take part in a Slow Portrait\, a carefully composed photograph made using a 4×5 large format camera. \nEach participant will: \n    •    Sit for a guided portrait created through a deliberate\, visible process \n    •    Receive a Polaroid portrait as an immediate takeaway \n    •    Become part of a growing visual archive created over the course of the evening \nAlongside the portrait sessions\, Polaroids will be displayed in a structured\, evolving installation\, forming a live pop-up exhibition that reflects the people present that night.
