DESCRIPTION:Open Jazz Jams are held he first Sunday of every month. \nThe sessions will provide an opportunity for musicians to play with an experienced band. From 1-2 PM the hosting musicians for the week will play. Other musicians will be invited to sit in and play between 2-5 PM (typically a minimum of 2 songs each\, circumstances permitting). With the exception of drum kit and piano\, all musicians should bring their own equipment (instruments\, amps\, drum sticks\, microphones\, etc.). The sessions will focus primarily on jazz standards and other jazz tunes contained in Hal Leonard Real Books volumes 1 through 3. Newcomers will be coached through the process.  \nA $3 to $5 donation to Flemington DIY will be required from each musician that plays at the session. DESCRIPTION:Friday\, November 7\, 2025\, 10am-12pm$15-30 per student\, ages 12-18\nFlemington DIY and Raritan Learning Cooperative are collaborating to offer a print club for kids ages 12-18\, for this one-off youth print club – perfect for homeschoolers and friends! Bring a design and a t-shirt or anything you want to print on. \nYou’ll get to learn the process of screenprinting\, create your own screen\, and print posters and shirts! \nIf you plan on attending\, please send an email to arts@flemingtondiy.org so we can reserve a place for you and make sure your design will transfer well to screenprinting.

DESCRIPTION:Originally formed in Bloomington\, Indiana in the late aughts\, Good Luck plays joyful\, intricate\, unique punk-ish music with a DIY spirit. They always delicately straddled the border lines between interwoven scenes\, trying on Midwest emo\, jangly singer-songwriter\, anthemic rock\, and twinkle guitar before settling somewhere in no man’s land with their own sound and a “we’re a punk band” shrug.  \nAfter a decade-or-so hiatus\, Ginger\, Matt\, and Mike got together again in 2024. With rejuvenated energy and a concerted “not a reunion band” effort\, they’re playing some select dates in support of their soon-to-be-released first album in 14 years.
