DESCRIPTION:Grief Tending Workshop  \nJanuary 21st 2023  \n12pm-1pm EST \n \nJoin Grief Guide & End of Life Doula\, Ingrid Ollquist and End of Life Doula & Energy Healer\, Jill McClennon in an hour long offering of Grief Tending at the Flemington DIY space.  \n \nThis grief tending workshop will focus on the physical experience that comes with grief and together we will guide you through exercises that unlock both your internal and external resources. We will utilize somatic witnessing\, trauma sensitive movement\, resourcing\, breath and reiki. This workshop is not just reserved for those who are journeying through loss of a person\, but welcomes all and any grief. Together we will create an environment that nurtures and fosters authentic expression and will give your grief the much deserved space it needs. This is not a bereavement group where you will be asked to share your loss. This space is for you to turn inward and witness what your body is holding in your grieving journey. There will be space to share your feelings and thoughts at the end.  \n \nWhat you’ll need:  \n\n\nComfortable clothing  \n\n\nYoga mat or blanket  \n\n\nBottled water \n\n\nA journal and pen \n\n\nSmall pillow (if needed) \n\n\n \nThe investment in this workshop is $20 per person.
