And you know productivity is not the key to happiness. \nBut here’s what you do know: that walk home from the NYE party\, the first coffee on January 1st\, going back to school after winter break. The awkward\, transient\, cold\, blue space after the holidays while adjusting to life in the new year- such an arbitrary but everpresent goo to sludge through. We need something to look forward to. And who loves an escapist\, fantastic\, endeavor more than writers? Who better to embrace that liminality? \nPartially Shy Magazine and Flemington DIY invite you to Liminal Space Fest: a January affair for literary magazines and other literary entities\, physical media sellers\, non-profits\, writers\, readers\, artists\, and any sad sacks who need a place to be on a Saturday in 2026. We’re celebrating lit mags and others vending their wares with good vibes and a fire playlist\, in collaboration with sponsors/small businesses in NJ.
