DESCRIPTION:Join us for an honest\, open conversation about kids\, safety\, and guns.  Guns are the #1 cause of death in kids today under the age of 18.  Secure storage is one way to keep kids safe\, along with being proactive in asking if guns are in the homes of those you drop your kids off with for play dates.  We will address all of this and more with the Be Smart program\, which is endorsed by the American Academy of Pediatrics\, the NJ Police Association\, the NJ Education Association and the National PTO.  Open to all who are concerned about kids’ safety\, including gun owners and non gun owners. \nEvent presented by Moms Demand Action Hunterdon Chapter
